Reverend Karen Hering, author of Writing to Wake the Soul, will be hosting a free workshop titled Prayer: A Posture of Listening on the spiritual practice of writing for both writers and non-writers alike during the Roundtable Talkback at 9:15 am on September 3rd. Jamila Anderson will be singing at Welcome Back Sunday, Sept. 10!  Jamila is an award-winning professional actor, writer and vocalist from Minneapolis. While leading her own rock band, she charted Billboard Hot 100 for 21 consecutive weeks, peaking at #15 twice. Currently, Jamila enjoys performing on Twin Cities stages and on camera, as well as for audiences all over the country for Diversity and Inclusion training.

“Artists and the Earth” Gallery Artists’ Reception
